We've been customers of Fresh Air for a few years. We have always been pleased with their work and fairness in pricing. Our most recent visit was for our semi-annual "check-up/tune-up" of our system. Our technician, Jevin, was prompt in his arrival, and even included my husband in his check of our whole system. Never have we had another company actually show us what they were doing, while they were doing it. We never feel as if we are being unnecessarily up-sold on items that we don't really need. Having a dependable and ethical HVAC company that you can rely on is comforting, especially in our harsh Texas climate.

I have used their services for an AC replacement 6 years ago and continue to have a maintenance contract with them biannually. I am thoroughly pleased with their service.

Quick service, was able to diagnose a few different things wrong with my system including a leak. The agent told me what to expect over the next couple of years including a system replacement so now we can prepare for that.

My AC hadn't been serviced in years. Jevin did a great job explaining what needed to be done, if it could wait and why. He also talked through some options regarding an issue I was having with hotspots in the house. Discussed the pros, cons and costs of each option.

Jevin did the job requested and even took the extra effort of explaining how to replace air filters and exactly which ones to get to my daughter so that we can take care of the maintenance ourselves now and in the future and not be charged extra for simply replacing filters by them. I like this honesty as it makes it show that they're not just out for a buck and believe in providing quality service.
